Online orders are payable with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover or Paypal.
We also accept checks, money orders, and C.O.D. through our call center - see above for contact information.
There will be a $20.00 fee for any returned checks. International orders must be paid for by credit card. |

| BACK ORDERS |
If an item is not in stock when an order is placed, Tour Golf will back order the item and ship it free of charge once it is in stock. Shipment of back ordered items cannot be combined with merchandise from other orders. |
| SHIPPING |
Tour Golf Products makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. Orders may be shipped via DHL or UPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Some orders may require multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. Tour Golf cannot assume responsibility for merchandise once it has shipped. Tour Golf shall not be held responsible for higher shipping charges or delays due to shipping by another carrier, transit strikes, weather conditions, fuel cost surcharges or other circumstances beyond our control. |
| SHIPPING CHARGES |
In order to offer the best value to our customers, Tour Golf shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the shipment. There is an additional $2.00 handling fee charged to each order. Shipping COD adds $7.50 to the order total. Additional shipping services may incur additional charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping and COD charges on unclaimed or refused shipments. |
| DAMAGES |
Damages occurring as a result of shipping should be reported directly to the carrier. Retain all original packaging. Please also notify Tour Golf Products of the claim and claim number issued by the carrier. |
| RETURNS |
Product returns of new, unused items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization from a Tour Golf customer service representative and a copy of the original invoice. Returns of non-defective items made after 30 days will be credited to the customer’s Tour Golf account and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns of closeout or discontinued items will not be accepted. Shipping of all returns must be prepaid by the customer. |
| PRODUCT GUARANTEE |
All Tour Golf components are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year. Tour Golf will replace or repair products damaged during the normal course of play based on a Tour Golf representative’s evaluation. Refunds will not be given. Shipping of all defective/damaged products must be prepaid by the customer. Tour Golf Services carry a 1 year guarantee.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Tour Golf without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. |

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Tour Golf products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Tour Golf products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Tour Golf's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Tour Golf may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. |
